Our XO Cognac is one of the most accomplished product we can offer you.
Aged for thirty years in oak barrels, it offers great aromatic complexity and will satisfy the most discerning lovers of exceptional Cognacs. Its deep amber color with reddish highlights is followed by aromas of dried plums and spices. On tasting, a smooth woodiness and a very fine rancio can be felt.
The palate is supple at first, then generous, and full-bodied. Each note is finely crafted.

We visited a small town food festival about 10 years ago where Guy had a stall on the market. I asked to taste the XO but Guy said “non, it is not the correct temperature yet, come back in 30 mins”
When I came back, the Cognac was the best I have ever tasted. Guy obviously has a fantastic understanding of his craft being passed down from his father and grandfather
