Our VS Cognac is the youngest Cognac in our range. It has a pale yellow colour with golden highlights. On the palate, it reveals a vanilla taste and a very light attack of young Eau-de-Vie as well as a low tannic taste thanks to its young age.
We suggest our VS Cognac to accompany your cocktails or your cooking. It will be ideal for flambéing meat and fish, for making sauces, pâtés and desserts.
