Our VS Cognac is the youngest Cognac in our range. It has a pale yellow colour with golden highlights. On the palate, it reveals a vanilla taste and a very light attack of young eaux-de-vie as well as a low tannic taste thanks to its young age.
We suggest our VS Cognac to be a basic ingredient for your cocktails or your cooking. It will be ideal for flambéing meat and fish, for making sauces, pâtés and desserts.
